323 S Nevada, Units 1, 2 and 3

This Kauai-inspired retreat sits on a tree-lined street in a quiet neighborhood while remaining within walking distance of the vibrant downtown, and picturesque coast.  It was comprehensively redesigned to become a vacation retreat offered by The Urban Nest North County. The designer's signature style shows throughout the space. It is our goal is to deliver unique design, blended with authentic hospitality, to each and every guest!

 

PROPERTY OVERVIEW

Re-imagined to perfection and under top-notch management, this single-story vacation retreat consists of 3 separate units.  We are excited to be offering them together under one listing for the first time!  The first two units are side by side units located at the front of the property.  They offer 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and an additional pull out sofa sleeper.  The third unit is located at the rear of the property.  It is a 700 square foot studio with a bath and a pull-out sofa sleeper!  All together the units sleep 14 guests!  All units boast hardwood floors, an open floor plan, luxury bedding, a full kitchen, stylist furnishings throughout, fenced in yard, outdoor dining patio, a fenced in common courtyard with a fire table, and beach equipment! The CEO of The Urban Nest is one of the top designers in Southern California, and her signature style shows.  The CFO of the company has spent his 20-year career as an executive within the luxury hotel space.  Together it is their goal to deliver unique design, blended with authentic hospitality, to each and every guest!

 

LIVING AREA IN EACH UNIT

- Every opportunity to bring in natural light through windows and doors was taken in the home design!

- Recline on a comfortable sofa and two stylish armchairs in the living room while watching a movie on the 45” (2 Bedroom Units) & 55” (Studio) flat screen smart TV.

- Television content is provided via Hulu TV.  Hulu is an entertainment content provider offering live TV via an expanded line up of television network programming, on demand television content, and on demand movies.

- Each home is fully equipped with a new, state-of-the-art HVAC system including air conditioning, which keeps guests in control of their comfort throughout the year.  Please note, that air conditioning is very difficult to find in the area as historic homes present a challenge to installing.  Through some fine engineering, we are proud to say that we got it in.

- Complimentary up to 300Mb, high-speed Wi-Fi is available for Guest Use.

 

KITCHEN & DINING IN EACH UNIT

- The kitchen is adorned with stone and walnut (2 Bedroom Units) and walnut (Studio) countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher.

- A Keurig machine with complimentary coffee and condiments await guests.

- Each kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests may need to enjoy their stay, including grilling tools and a pizza stone for chilly nights or our smallest guest.

- Enjoy a beautiful SoCal outdoor dining experience!  Each 2 Bedroom Unit offers dining on the private patio with a table for six or gather inside with counter seating to accommodate six.  The Studio offers a bistro table outdoors and a dining table inside for up to 4 guests.

- The open floor plans allow for guests to remain engaged with one another.

 

BEDROOMS & BATH IN EACH UNIT

- The 2 Bedroom Units accommodates six guests between two bedrooms and a memory form, queen-size sofa sleeper.  The Studio Unit accommodates 2 guests between the queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper.

- Each full bathroom is stocked complete with a complimentary 5-piece, starter set of toiletries intended to pamper the guests.  Please note, this is a starter set of toiletries provided for convenience at the start of the stay.  Guests are encourage to bring additional toiletries from home or purchase such at a local store within the first couple days of arrival. 

- Each bath features a modern glass walk-in shower.

- In the 2 Bedroom Units, both master bedrooms feature a king-size signature mattress from the World’s Largest Luxury Hotel Chain bed complete with luxurious bedding, down pillows, and 540 thread count sheets.  The Studio features a queen-size signature mattress as described above.

- The 2 Bedrooms Units and the Studio feature open chrome wired closets for ease of access to luggage and the guest belongings.

- In the 2 Bedroom Units, the master bedrooms have a 45” flat screen smart TV to appease every guest viewing preference.

- In each unit, the memory form, queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room is intended to ensure each guest has a quality night’s sleep.

- Ample, high quality linens along with beach towels are provided for guest use.

 

OUTDOOR AREA FOR EACH UNIT

- The 2 Bedroom Units have a fenced front and backyard allowing adults and children to enjoy the Cali sunshine and the beautiful sunsets.  The Studio has access to the shared courtyard described below.

- Each unit has a small patio complete with a bistro table for morning coffee or an evening wine.

- For enjoyment of all guests, unwind on six Adirondack chairs that surround the fire table in the common courtyard. 

- Each Unit has a dedicated gas grill to prepare the perfect al fresco meal.

- Thoughtfully landscaping ensures the guest can enjoy the quiet neighborhood while being reminded they are in sunny destination at a vacation retreat.

 

BEACH EQUIPMENT FOR EACH UNIT

Need bikes, helmets, or boards? Don't pack them or rent them! Each unit provides two beach cruiser bikes with helmets, two boogie boards, two beach chairs, a beach umbrella sand toys, a cooler, and a wagon to tote it all to the famous Oceanside Pier beach.

 

LAUNDRY FOR ALL UNITS

Two sets of full-size washer/dryers with complimentary detergent are provided in the common courtyard for guest use.

 

PARKING FOR ALL UNITS

- Unit 1 (1, 2 Bedroom Unit) and Unit 3 (Studio) have dedicated parking spots in the rear of the property.  Unit 2 (2 Bedroom Unit) does not have an off-site parking space.  If the entire property is occupied by a single group, parking can be re-assigned according to the guest preference.

- Additionally, plenty of street parking is available on a first come, first served basis subject to the following restrictions due to street sweeping:

- The East side is no parking between 10am-2pm on 1st and 3rd Monday for street sweeping.

- The West side is no parking between 6am-10am on the 1st and 3rd Monday for street sweeping.

 

KEYLESS ENTRY FOR EACH UNIT

This home is equipped with a smart lock.  Upon arrival, guests can easily access the home with a keyless secure door code.
