Jessica's place is a real treat if you're visiting Oceanside. The location can't be beat. It's within walking distance to restaurants, shops, a great Museum of Art and an awesome beach with a variety of seaside activities. The home has a comfortable modern design with everything needed for a short or long-term stay. Jessica is a great host and excellent communicator. I plan on renting again in the future.

Not only is this place extremely stylish, there is a nice little shed out back equipped with whatever you need for a nice day at the beach! From boogie boards, to bikes, you save yourself a ton on rentals and have an amazing spot that’s minutes from the beach. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice Oceanside getaway!

Immaculate, very well maintained, well equipped inside & outside, great location. We had a wonderful experience at The Urban Nest. Everything was perfect for our stay. Clean, comfortable & new! The cottage is newly renovated with a hip & trendy I. The beds & furniture are all very comfy & great to have a nice laundry room right off the kitchen. All appliances are new and are of good quality. Convenient location with everything within walking distance, beach, shops & restaurants. We are looking forward to our next trip to Oceanside and staying at the Urban Nest. Thank You for being such a wonderful host!!! Your personal efforts to make our stay pleasant where greatly appreciated!!

This California beach bungalow from The Urban Nest was a wonderful place for my family and I to call home for a week! We appreciated the two twin beds in the second bedroom and were impressed with how quiet the neighborhood was an night. The house had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. Parking was easy as was walking for nearby breakfast, coffee, or time on the beach. Check out Petite Madeline for breakfast! It was a crowd favorite. We got great recommendations based on our kids' interests and balanced Legoland with a movie, painting at CeramiCafe, visiting Geppetto's toy store, and picking up books from B&N & Diesel Bookstore. There were plenty of organic food options around town including Lazy Acres & Wholefoods. We look forward to staying here again the next time we're in town!

We love our stay here! We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for all of us. Everything thing is brand new and the unit is newly updated. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home. It was nice there were bikes, beach chairs, and sand toys available. The washer and dryer were great to be able to do laundry throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!
